Suitable Materials: - Voile, Rayon, Medium Weight Quilting Cotton, and other light weight materials Materials Needed: - Coordinating Thread - Scissors, glass head pins, Iron - 1yd (1mt) Premade 1 1/2” Single Fold Bias Binding for Neck Facing, or 1/2 yard (.5 MT) fabric to make your own Bias Binding - Optional (overlocker )
