Description
The OLFA 28mm Quick-Change Rotary Cutter is perfect for small-scale projects, miniatures, and tight corners.
This smaller cutter features the Quick-Change Blade system for simple blade changes. Slide the locking mechanism back to release the blade; slide it back to secure the blade.
The durable handle is contoured for comfortable cutting and has an integrated blade cover for safety. The hang hole allows for easy storage.
The 28mm Quick-Change Rotary Cutter is pre-loaded with an ORB28 Tungsten Steel Blade. The ultra-sharp rolling razor blade offers unparalleled sharpness and edge retention. Perfect for cutting fabric into shapes, strips, and pieces for sewing, quilting, and craft projects.
